Susan Fockler

Susan Fockler has been involved in sales since 1983. Prior to entering the financial services industry, Susan managed Marks Work Wearhouse in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. She increased sales in an underperforming store that Marks was in the process of selling to the point where Marks wouldn't let Susan purchase the store. The time she spent at Marks gave her an opportunity to build a business and coach staff to accomplish their goals.

Susan entered the financial services industry as a teller with Scotiabank. She moved up the ladder quickly from teller to customer service representative to personal banking officer. Susan attended all of the sales & service training offered, became one of the top referral agents, and built a strong client base in a short time.

Susan joined the Prince Albert Credit Union in 1999 and soon accepted the position of regional training consultant for the District 8 & 9 Credit Unions. She developed a comprehensive regional training program for the I8 credit unions in the district. Susan's role within this program was to provide Sales & Service Training, Behavioral Competencies and CU Investing in Me programs. She was also responsible for developing training plans and coordinating facilitators to meet all other training needs. After considering a number of options for the delivery of a Sales & Service program for the District, she decided on the CSI program. Susan was licensed to facilitate the CSI Sales & Service program and delivered the program to more than 400 Credit Union Staff.

Susan now delivers the entire range of CSI programs for our financial services clients throughout Canada. Those who have attended a session with Susan comment on how she makes the session fun, interesting and empowering because of her enthusiasm, knowledge and facilitation skills.

When Susan is not at work she is kept very busy with her family and volunteer work with several organizations. Leisure time will find her traveling, fishing, or just enjoying the company of great friends and family.
